Race day morning is here and the yellow peril is super shiny and clean.
After a blustery ride home yesterday, I was none the wiser as to whether the yellow peril would be any faster. So I was surprised and pleased to see that I lopped off about 30 secs from my best mb time this morning, now that I've started to acclimatize a bit.
It's SLG's birthday today. Didn't get off to the best of starts, with the bits we'd got her for the camera not fitting. Hopefully, it'll get better as the day progresses.
Trying out the road bike this evening. It's the first time I've ridden a racer in about 30 years
