Personal Favourites from my moblog

"And as you cross the circle line,
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You're a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly
In the corner of your eye,
Shining in the setting sun.
Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story's too damn real
And in the present tense.
Or that everbody's on the stage
And it seems like you're the only
Person sitting in the audience

Skating away, skating away, skating away On the thin ice of the new day"

Wishing you all A Very Merry, wherever the holidays find you this year. Warmth, love, peace and happiness to you all.

Caine & Rick

Leaves

(viewed 620 times)
Here are the leaves I mentioned, Cariadus. I don't have the wonderful variety and colours that you, George and others have. I still like them though, and they will probably always be a favourite subject.

Heated Surprise

(viewed 743 times)
I've wanted a birdbath for the front deck for a long time. Woke up to see this on the deck, a suprise from Rick. It's heated to prevent freezing, making it a four seasons bath.

Frosty

(viewed 904 times)
It's a lovely -5 F (-20.5 C) today. But the sun is shining!

Thank you, Gael

Thank you so much, Gael - such an incredibly beautiful photo and card! We're doing okay, outside of attempting to get a copy of our marriage certificate, which is needed for Rick to retire. There's always something.
