Il fait beau ce matin.
J'enfile un tres classe T-Shirt tout gris, une paire toute propre de
jeans et zou, un tour en becane dans Paris.
Tous les coins qui evoquent bien des souvenirs, sur un itineraire ensoleille:
Denfert, Sevres-Bab, Le Louvre, Opera Garnier, Place de Clichy,
Montmartre, bd Barbes, rue de Belleville, rue JP Timbaud, Republique,
Turbigo, Beaubourg, St Michel, St Germain des pres, Luxembourg, St
Sulpice, rue Bonaparte, St Jacques, Pantheon...
Bref, une bonne balade... dans le temps !

We are all gifted, we all deserve awards

I just listened to the "Best Brutal Death Metal Album of the Year", supposed to be "the inspiration of the year", by the band Origin ( here ).
I am growing very old you know, I did not know there was a "Brutal" movement in the "Death Metal" style (next year, there will be a "Violent Brutal Death Metal" movement, for sure).
I don't want to die stupid, so I gave it a shot.
Funny indeed.
EXTREME BPM (tempo 250), so-called EXTREME guitar skills (did you ever try to sweep at that tempo ???), EXTREME vocal grunt...
It is so quick that the drum player can not even play symbals (he has to hit the snare all the time...), the drum kit is then ridiculously small. So as the skills required for that...The videos are hilarious.
Too much treble and bass at the same moment ( necessarely as they play 1000 chords, 1000 kicks and 500 snares per minute), the sound is obviously EXTREMELY bad.
Bottomline: this kind of music is EXTREMELY boring, EXTREMELY poor and EXTREMELY not impressive. But anyway, there is an award for that too (obviously for the amounts of EXTREME qualities of it...), just like for Britney or Rihanna.
There is good in everything, even mediocrity, right ?

I definitely love this world.

Yes, I cut my hair - short

For the first time in 15 years, believe me it feels weird.
And yes, the model was Chris Cornell.
1) I like everything he has done so far (especially Soundgarden (no it is not only "Black Hole Sun", you punks!)).
2) we have the same "hair history" in terms of length : insanely long, very long, long, medium long, short & spiky :p

... the events Planet Hulk and World War Hulk (thanks to the not-so-mighty-anymore dollar, I got all comics half price on amazon USA).
Damn, it's good to see the Hulk smashing the Silver Surfer as gladiators, then crushing the bastard, biggest son of a b**** ever, Iron Man.
Don't watch the stupid (outdated) movies, read the comics.
