Futomaki, sushimaki, sushi,sashimi, gari, miso ... hume !
It is not Yakitate Japan or Azuma Kazuma but French Chenav :p

4 hours of preparation... 30 minutes of pleasure... and 1 (hell) hour of dish washing after... Damn it is hard !

But anyway, it was good.

The French guy is proud tonight: on the way to be sushi chef !
