Managed to get hold of this and will be paying a visit to my local rednecks... Seriously though having spent half an hour going through the list this afternoon and checking out all the places I know, live in and work in it makes you wonder. Of course 12,000 people on a list shouldn't be worrying they are after all members of a legit political party. So wheres the Toolkit against extremism here? Or would it be too uncomfortable for us to face the reality that is being presented?

A few of us went over to support the Sean Rigg campaign at their weekly vigil outside Brixton Police Station. Sean died in August this year after being arrested by the Met Police. More details here:

There was about 300-400 people on the demo. Many children were there as well -sons and daughters, brothers and sisters of people who have died in Police custody. Habib's daughters were at the front helping to hold the main banner. There's a good report of the day here:

A small group of us from the Justice for Habib campaign with family members attended the Annual Remembrance Procession against deaths in custody on Saturday 25th Oct from Trafalgar to Downing St.
182 people have died in custody in the last 12 months and overall since 1969 when we had the first recorded death in custody there have been 2,533 individuals who have died in prisons, police cells, psychriatric units & immigration centres. Since 1969 not a SINGLE police officer has been prosecuted successfully.
Justice for Habib Ullah website is here:

Joseph Rowntree did some work with young people to map out their areas/turfs/endz and they came up with some interesting stuff. Been doing work like this with young people recently and does shock you until you remember your own youth/childhood and how your world expanded. We had no go areas back in the day as well. Sad thing is that adults don't seem to take on these perceptions seriously enough.
