http://blitz.com currently designing training for emergency response identifying states of injury, trying to add enough info. to their characters incl. breathing, sweat, teeth, full age range, their current set is perfect for a hillbilly game, if you get details wrong it could all break apart, they did some teeth meshes took down from 15000 triangles to 600, they build faces perfectly symmetrically then kill them a little, anything adjusted internally affects external eg buck teeth are reflected in face shape, match external image generally.
