So this was today's ride, from our house, to the Aire a Calder Navigation canal, then joint the Leeds-Liverpool in central Leeds, then out as far as Newlay Locks/Bramley Fall. Then back home. About 22 miles in total.At end of June/beginig of July me and the Mr are hoping to take part in the Leeds-Liverpool sponsored bike ride, 127 miles from the official start (a bit more if we cycle from home) over 3 days, in aid of Heart Research UK. So we thought we had better get some miles in
Now all i have to do is decide what to do with them

we gave her the pasta hats for Christmas (we are such good parents) and today she stuffed 'em with spinach, mushrooms, garlic and just a snippsy bit of cheese. Divine. Ta FBW

it was my colleagues 21st birthday, so a jewel encrusted cake was needed. The cake was made by Daughter No. 2 (FairyBookWorm) and she and i decorated it together. There were also cadbury mini eggs on the sides, and to make it more special, it was served with a lollipop sticking out of the middle
the gLove is for Monkey Fingers.We bought lovely olives, stuffed spicy peppers, local cheeses and bread, and mixed mushrooms for tonight's tea. Oh and Yorkshire parsnip crisps. Now i am as stuffed as the peppers. Or as my dear old Grampy used to say "I'm fed up"
