Poor me!
I had to go away for work last week for a couple of days. A rather fine hotel on the banks of Ullswater. The journey up there was bit scary, high winds, trees across the road etc. But well worth it, lots and lots of ion channel research discussed, can life get any better?Yes. A trip away with no talks to give

Today's bike ride
Well the sun was out when i was getting ready. I ended up cycling through sleet and hail and the wind it did get up a bit strong. More water in the river than last week. Wonder how that happened

Missing Letter Competition
I can't possibly say where i took these pics, because I was told that photography banned in the building. Spiderbaby almost offered to delete them! I didn't think it was a good idea to explain to the lady i was taking them for comedy value. It was a damn fine concert we listened to
