Haven't got much headspace for anything heavy at the moment, thought I'd give this a whirl as it sounded Michael Crichton-ish. Also I use my Kindle more than 'real' books now...

First hard frost. Picked tomatillos and physalis: unfortunately neither fully ripened. Physalis plants still going strong, so transferring to greenhouse in hope they may make it over the winter.
Otherwise down to cabbage, broccoli, sprouts and pak choi
