edit:18/04 looks like next doors cat has dug up the bed with the Cavalo nero, etc. Not impressed!
Planted 12 large aspapragus crowns in the long raised bed : )

Although the cover is stiff with frost, the salad leaves underneath seem fine
(rocket, lettuce, spinach)
