The road

I would have loved to have got a shot of the hairpin bends leading up
the hill, but there wasn't anywhere safe to park the car up (without
blocking up a passing place).

Deer!
On the road to Applecross. This road carried some heavy warnings -- no
big vehicles, no learner or new drivers, no scaredy-cat drivers...
single track, steep, hairpin bends... the car we were following wussed
out and turned back. But I enjoyed it (well, most of it). And this
sight made the whole thing very worth while.
