Mom decided to recover a bit in Ft. Myers, Florida with her parents.
My Love has a business trip requiring him to be in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
this week.
I did not want to spend the week alone in Jersey.
Therefore, I am in Pompano Beach, FL half a block from the beach. A
few miles from My Love's class, 2 hours away if Mom needs anything...
But am able to study as if I was the only one around for miles and
don't have to sleep alone this week.

Underground Family Network in Action

News in my family travels fast through an intricate web we call the Underground Family Network (UFN). This is how we share everything from important news to gossip. This is a rare glimpse of the UFN working from a central location since we're all normally spread across the country. Here a couple of my siblings and I are calling family members from the Huntsman Cancer Institute (Salt Lake City, Utah) to say Mom's surgery went well.
I got a call from the UFN to let me know that the extra lymph nodes taken during surgery all biopsied NORMAL!
This means no further treatment is necessary. NO CHEMO, NO RADIATION, NO INTERFERON - NOTHING!!!
Thank you to my Moblog friends for all the love and well wishes. It has been very much appreciated.
