No longer the record -17 but a freakishly beautiful landscape nonetheless. M m m merry beachmas.
I'm not good at morning runs but at a positively balmy -1 it seemed rude not to. Oh and snow is forecast for tonight.
The joy of Sunday morning long slow runs - slowed down even more to capture
the scenery. Look closely and you can tell that winter arrived in autumn:
