Vancouver's beaming

One of the Olympic displays going on in the city is the vectorial light show in which you can chose your own patterns online and watch them reach across the sky.

As I was cleaning my carpets last weekend, I scared off one of my arachnid guests. I don't have a macro lens, but the macro filters for my lensbaby give pretty cool effects.

I'd never actually been before, so when I was back in England last time I took a trip over to the barrier. It's pretty impressive as it goes.
