Sir London Grey Frang
July 8, 1999 - October 5, 2009
Things that did not kill him:
parvovirus
consuming a box of tampons
consuming 4 lbs of chocolate in one sitting
consuming a large amount of door most likely covered in lead based paint
consuming a Costco sized bottle of Advil Liquid-Gels (that one sure came close)
Things that did kill him:
cancer
Fuck cancer.
You are, obviously, welcome to your personal beliefs. I do not believe he is in heaven, nor anything about a rainbow bridge or stuff of that ilk. From my perspective our companion and loyal pack member is just no longer with us, except in memory. Please respect my beliefs by refraining from telling me about where you think he is in some attempt to comfort me. This isn't about my beliefs being more valid than yours, this is just about what I need right now.
He was my beautiful booger dog with super soft ears, and he made every effort to be a very good boy, and that was often not easy because he was such a smart, stubborn, rambunctious, inquisitive boogeriffic dog.
This sucks. It is okay too. It is the most natural thing we do, other than being born. But, it sucks, and I am sad. I miss him.
There will be less fur all over the house now, but also, less heart.
My favorite photo of him and I together
