(viewed 1555 times)
It is my late Mother's birthday today and I've been keeping this photo for today as it is one she would particularly like.

An alternative title might well be *Doing a Caine*!!!

We'll have some love along the way.

More poppies at the edges of the fields around us. They seem to have a very long flowering season.

For my BS...

Sense of smell

(viewed 1306 times)
Following the operation BS's sense of smell is gradually coming back. He always buys me this perfume and yet he has never smelled it. He's still on loads of pills, he's still not allowed to lift and he's not allowed to mix for fear of catching a cold but his face when he smells something is a picture.

He stands outside just to smell the grass. He can smell food too and he is having a fine time just smelling the summer..

Hey mama, welcome to the 60's

This week DD is at a week long drama workshop putting together a production of *Hairspray*. We booked her on to it so that BS got a break from her each day as he is still fragile. She loves it, and comes home exhausted every afternoon. Naturally she rehearses the songs constantly and I can now do this one along with a rousing version of *Good morning Baltimore*. Before you ask, no, we won't be putting up photos of the show. For copyright reasons we can't take photos...

Brother Stump

(viewed 811 times)
My Twisted Sister took this picture of a monk carved from a tree stump. She said it looked good in day light but would be very creepy after dark.... I agree!
