Torchwood Christmas tree

(viewed 2214 times)
Our Christmas tree is once again decorated with less artistry than humanly possible. It is as if DD has stood 3 feet from it and hurled handfuls of decorations at it. Quite near the top, for reasons not adequately explained to me, is an action figure of Captain Jack Harkness, he of Torchwood and Dr Who fame. It must be because John Barrowman is such a big star.....

Christmas in disguise

A local garden centre decorated a Christmas tree in masks and the effect was glorious. Put me in mind of the Phantom of the Opera, the musical version which the Divine Daughter recently borrowed on DVD from Dazzle_Dust.

A bit disappointing at the end though, the Phantom deserved to get the girl...

darkest dreams!
Purge your thoughts of the life
you knew before!
Close your eyes,
let your spirit start to soar!
And you'll live
as you've never lived before ..."

"When shall we three meet again
In thunder, lightning, or in rain?"

Sorry girls but as it was a Shakespeare night I couldn't resist using this quote from the Scottish play.
