It was Danny's BD on Thursday, so we went out for dinner. My first experience of fondue & raclette at the restaurant. I have never eaten that much of cheese!!

Kim's macaroni cheese

Very tasty Kim's macaroni cheese. Although it was very delicious dinner, two bags of macaroni were little too much for six of us?!

pressure cooker

Pressure cooker rocks! Apparently Clair uses it all the time at home. Dijon mastered and mix herbs, mix all ingredients in, then cook for 40 minutes by pressure cooker. There you go!

carrefour

(viewed 1778 times)
Stopped at supermarket on the way to chalet. Is this enough for one week?!

I love visiting supermarket. You can get everything at this mega supermarket store "carrefour" Clair and myself bought snow shoes there, though everybody was calling them "granny shoes" The only and very surprising down side in France was that it is very difficult to find fresh milk. Fortunately the store we visited had some fresh milk in refrigerated area.
