Cabo San Lucas

The little white spec in front of the smallest rock is a boat -- taking
people out to look at the rocks -- to give you an idea of the scale...

Art Auction

(viewed 941 times)
Fortunately, there was free champagne, because the art auction itself
was pretty silly. Sure, there was some Picasso, Dali and Norman
Rockwell stuff there -- as well as a bunch of contemporaries -- but the
auctioneer liked to blur the line between original and lithograph. He
used phrases like 'originally an original' and 'one-time-only

Flaming Food

(viewed 1086 times)
I am a sucker for food on fire and the fact that it included filet
mignon made it all the more irresistible. It was pretty silly as it
lasted only a few moments, but it was a nice presentation nonetheless.

There was a pod of more than a dozen dolphins playing in the wake of the ship -- unfortunately this is the only one I managed to capture. There was even a baby following its mother -- cool stuff.
