Yes, yes people I have emerged from my self realised obscurity to bestow knowledge on all headz. Used ta be out and about now strictly lying low dispensing wisdom.
Too much going down to stay quiet, now all of us have to rise up and speak truth to power.

There has to be more to us than dhal roti and Nokia phones...

Whats in a name?

(viewed 1035 times)
I ain't really a Doctor despite the name but people
used to think I was 'cos of my seriousness so I
used it as DJ name.

Tell u about my exploits and love of hip hop at
some point or other. Found this pic from an old
ID badge.

Slowly getting a hang of this blogging business and slowly things will emerge... But I leave you with some sweets called ladoos in a posh metal box. They don't normally come like this. I love jaleebis myself which are pretty sickly. Believe it or not there used to be an asian punk band called the Dead Jaleebis ( Rav where you?)

A short walk to tragedy

(viewed 1171 times)
This been burning me up last few days - a CCTV image of a woman called Navjeet Sidhu who threw herself and her kids in front of the Heathrow Express train at Southall Station last week. We seem a lot of CCTV images post 7/7 around but this one bugs me the most.I don't know why she did it but the despair hits you. Maybe things were so bad for her and the kids and she wanted out. We'll never know but the scarey thing is that suicide rates amongst Asian women is three times the national average

The other Green Street

(viewed 14172 times)
Some of the youths I work with in a classic pose. Some have done well, some not so well but thats how it goes. Lads in this town have a bad rep but some of them are the best young people I've ever worked with. Things are hard and it ain't a good time to be a Pakistani right now but as Klashnekoff would say we got to maintain respect in these merciless times
