Well, the new machine is building well, and after some RAID issues, i now have 300Gig of striped lovliness.
I would really love to have a 4 screen desktop, however pointless that may be :)

The best part of the holiday was when the clouds lifted and we got some (filtered) rays and some sea swimming in at the beach. Bliss!

I love hiring cars abroad, first there's the bizarre adjustemnt period where you're cranking at the door handle for second gear, and the other is worrying contantly about new scratches appearing on it and paying the 500 euro excess!.
Besides this, driving nearly new cars is always fun they're all new and smell of new carpet, and they drive superb comapred to the old dielsel beast back home.
