bob dylan on a hooker's grave

(viewed 453 times)
if i was being picky i'd point out that whoever wrote this missed a line out of one of my favourite songs of all time... but i'm not so i won't.

this was chalked on a wall by the gates of the crossbones graveyard in southwark. it was a graveyard for prostitutes in days of yore. now it's the goods yard of a london underground substation and some people have taken upon themselves to keep the displaced spirits of the long deceased hookers happy with frequent gifts of booze, poetry, brightly coloured ribbons and blair-witch style effigies.

i thought it was pretty cool.

studio lights

(viewed 458 times)
this is what the lights on the ceiling of an old bbc studio look like if you climb up a really rickey bit of scaffolding with wheels on it. like scores of upside down zebidees.
