I had another version of this on the blog but thought I might as well use
the one I like best. Taken with an EOS 300D (Digital Rebel to you non-Brits)
and quality reduced to make it fit the blog.
Written on the side of the boathouse in orange is "I don't need a gatekeeper". Why? Not a clue.

This is a McLobster. No, really. I thought it was just on PEI (where I had
mine) as you can't move for Lobsters & Lighthouses there, but we spotted
them in Nova Scotia too.

Because I don't think I did the trip to Canada any justice in this blog, I
think I'll intermittently add some of the photos from PEI and Nova Scotia.
Going home through Versailles. Nice. Is that a boat?????
The Apartment is in one of these buildings. Tranquil.

There we go then, welcome to my new apartment in Versailles. Plenty of room
and the only furniture I have at the moment is a stand for my Mandolin and
an airbed. Going home soon to get more stuff, but that's a trek in a French
van to Birmingham. I'll drive to the hire place with a RHD English car on
French roads and then go straight to England in a LHD French van. It pays to
be flexible!

What a chilled out day. But surely that looks like rain.

The beach is 9km of sand and in 1998 I had an apartment in Pornichet that
looked over it. The water isn't exactly warm, but warm enough for a paddle.
