We've just had a thunderstorm.
I love cooking outside. The finished product is rarely much to look at, but it usually tastes great.
Do you know what it is yet?
Apologies to any arachnophobes out there.
Dew + sunlight = sparkly.
I helped some friends move some hedgehogs out of their garden this evening. A mother and 4 young were living in a nest in some long grass, but with a cat and a 3-year old around they weren't going to be safe there for very long. We wanted to move them quickly to avoid scaring them too much so I didn't take many pictures, but I managed to snap this little chap when he popped out of the bottom of the nest. Mother and babies are now safely relocated to a local park.
All the foliage seemed to have a luminous quality as I rode home this evening.
For the past three-and-a-half years my daily commute has involved a lovely 4 mile each-way bike ride from Farnham to Charles Hill and back, half of it off-road. Tomorrow my company is moving to new offices and my commute is going to become a lot more boring, so today I decided to record some of the things I saw on my last ride in.
