Dizzy has been looking slightly plump of late and so she's on a bit of
a diet. I'm still feeling a little sensitive about the whole issue as
a complete stranger pointed this out a couple of months ago. "Oh she's
a wee bit tubby" was their actual phrase. "And you're terribly rude
and obnoxious" I nearly said until I realised that Dizzy is in fact a
dog. Not my daughter. However the training of biting of calves on the
command of "how dare you call my dog fat" is well under way and will
take only one more sausage and one more small slab of cheese.

Lorna's new shop is Buddy's garage. Looking good. Just don't mention
the new storage arrangements of the gardening tools to Buddy.

Instead of being defeated at a lack of exibition space they have put
up a load of old photos in the local snack shop. Great idea.

Kind of beautiful. Kind of spooky. The cranes of docklands. I'm glad
they kept them and didn't asign them to the big skip in the sky.
