I've always said that if I bought a house with a double garage I'd immediately put in a planning application to add another one. You know, just to get one up on the neighbours. How naive I was. Some of these houses had quadruple garages!

The sea pool at North Berwick. There also used to be an outdoor pool at Berwick, just next to the harbour. Och they're a hardy bunch. Were, i mean. It's a car park now.
