KS1 and Foundation Stage did the dress rehearsal for their Christmas play today. It was great and we're looking forward to performing to parents and family on Monday.

We were very proud of our children last night. Most of KS 2 took part in our Christmas Festival of music. For some children it was the first time they had played their instruments in front of an audience. Some children played 3 or 4 instruments over the evening.

We were particularly proud to be able to run our orchestra for the first time and to listen to the djembe drumming which years 3/4 and 4/5 have been taught to play on Fridays.
We would like to thank all of the adults who have worked with the children.

Today the gardening club had a flower arranging session with David and Mark. They had a great time. We would like to say thank you to David and Mark for lending us their skills.

The school was buzzing today. We had a great Christmas fair. Thank you to the PTFA for organising it and to everyone who spent money at it. The fair made a profit of £1,761.37. This is even more than last year. So once again, thank you to everyone for all of their hardwork.
