The magic Tibetan bag

The story goes thus:
My friend, the owner of this bag, was with her friend at some event together, in Belgium. They had identical Tibetan bags that they had brought back from the East. They were marveling that they'd bought the same, and joking about how there would be no one else wearing this same bag now in Belgium.
There pops a third woman cheering "Hey look! I've got the same bag as you two! How amazing!"
As far as I know, those are the only 3 identical bags in Belgium... ???
