Cravings and Outcomes

(viewed 1097 times)
During my pregnancy I;ve not really had any strange cravings. But I have been quite obsessed with "fruit drink". But it has been re-named as 'smack juice' by me and my mates.

a) it what some less classy types might consider juice, even though it is only 25% juice
b) I crave it like a drug
One Friday night, it was cold and rainy, I'd had my shower, and was all ready to retire for the night. But alas! I had run out of smack juice and *had* to go to the supermarket and get more.

That is surely, then, a craving...

But now, I get heartburn (a common thing in late pregnancy) so have had to ease off the smack juice.

...and take up Mylanta....gah.

Rod Stewart is Filthy!

(viewed 444 times)
Dusting and organising stuff, such as our videos and dvds. Sigh. Can't watch the videos, need to get a player.

Itunes is randomly playing and it played Rod Stewart's "Tonight's the Night". Lyrics I heard were:
"Don't deny your man's desire
You'd be a fool to stop this tide
Spread your wings and let me come inside"

Kelly Dog!

(viewed 498 times)
On the weekend, I looked after my Mum's dog, Kelly, whilst Mum was in Perth visiting my brother.

Kelly was named after the dog my Nanna had when I was growing up. My brother wanted to call her Kelly, but he had to check with Nanna first.

Kelly number 2 is now very old and cute.
