I'm staying at an astronomical observatory in Krakow, and in the kitchen is a coffee machine and a blackboard. I know that mathematicians are machines that turn coffee into theorems, but I've rarely seen the two so close together!

I've just seen this in a meeting room down the corridor from my office. Whether it was a training exercise or planning for erecting a real radio mast I'm not sure...

Stagecoach have clearly got fed up with the busway delays - the slogan on the buses used to read "I'll be on the busway soon, will you?"
