Ad hoc birdbath

Itt had rained hard in the night, and I woke up to the sound of these birds washing in the pooled water on the back deck's table. Little Man just could not believe it. (taken the 24th)

Worst State Ever

(viewed 358 times)
The only thing worse than the state of PA's public roads and highways is the state of their public restrooms. I pissed of the floor because it seemed more hygienic than the toilets and urinals. Also, it was apparently what everyone else did before me -- I didn't notice until I was fleeing the welcome center that there was literally a trail of piss/water tracking all the way from the front doors to the mens room. I would have done exponentially better to just pull over and piss on a bush or the passenger-side front wheel -- at least then I wouldn't have needed to half-snort some anti-bacterial handwash to get the smell out of my nose. Blergh. Fuck Pennsylvania.

Who knew mediocre but pillow-soft italian bread was so popular?

But this was a supermarket in Pennsylvania. (Phonecleaning, taken the 26th.)

The local birds are getting very casual about hanging out at the office window, whether or not Little Man is there.

At the Vet.

(viewed 367 times)
The paperwork took longer than the euthanization. The guy is probably right -- If vets were hired to perform prison executions, you really wouldn't hear reports of condemned men not dying immediately and/or dying in pain from their lethal injections. I don't think this sign in his office is for real, however.
