Glastonbury Rule 1

I'm going to try and 'moblog' Glastonbury this week. If I can get out of the mud.

This was set up as an experiment to see if we can moblog a pubcrawl as we were on it. We argued: If it fails, it will likely be down to technology or drink. My money's on drink.
Fortunately I passed go and have £200.

My issue with Glastonbury

(viewed 554 times)
I've realised a problem. There are lots of people here - and i'm a sociopath. I was in a stinking mood after carting our gear to the campsite I couldn't find, and people just seemed to keep getting in my way. I chilled out later.

Bonfire and wellies.

Typical Glastonbury weather.

Edit: Well that's what I thought on the first evening. This clearly didn't stay the same.

Stone Henge: drive by

(viewed 382 times)

My local tube stop at Stamford Brook. I

My local tube stop at Stamford Brook. I once saw a pigeon get hit squarely by a Piccadilly Line tube and still manage to fly off. London pigeons are hard. Most only have one foot too.

They looked closer

(viewed 307 times)
You can't quite see this but it was part of yesterday's flyover to mark 25th anniversary of the Falklands war. We were in the centre of London between Victoria and Buckingham Palace as these came on over, part of around six or seven sets of planes flying in formation.
