I know. it's a nonholiday for you. but for me, there is a moment to slow down and find the good things. I made pies. and I had to set off the fire alarm, twice to finish it up.

we all need more pies.

Happy Thanksgiving, Swamprose. Today we start to eat up "les restes", my favourite part of thanksgiving: turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, poutine with pinot noir turkey gravy... and, of course, left over pumpkin pie.
