W810i: this little nugget got released on Orange today...and in 2 days...it will be MINE!

i shouldnt be so excited seeing as this is just a better looking K750i / W800i with a few more bells & whistles on it (EDGE etc), but i am. glad i returned my W800i and waited a couple of weeks for this bad boy.

The 50 Greatest Independent Films

continuing on the movie theme, I saw this link on reddit earlier and
checked it out. i was surprised to have only seen 32 of what Empire
Magazine consider to be the "50 Greatest Independent Films". i dont
agree with all of the choices, but i'd be hard pushed to pick a better
top 10. it was nice to see Spike Lee's "She's Gotta Have It" up there,
too ;)

any advances on my 32 from the rest of you folk out there?

belated birthday beats: Spike Lee

(viewed 4922 times)
i had this pic sitting on my desktop and for some reason it just dawned
on me that he turned 49 a couple of weeks ago. one of my favourite
directors, and, alongside Almodovar, the director who inspired me to
study film in the first place. belated birthday bashes & beats to: Spike
Lee.
