My left foot is 11.5cms wide!

I have just spent half the week end trying to get shoes that fit. No internet charts catered for the
existence of feet like these, let alone shoes to match. Still, I found H widths in a shop in Glastonbury.

Does anybody know how US fittings (EEE etc) map to UK?

I can feel a shopping trip to Middle Earth coming on.As for ski boots...
