EDIT: I can't remember the last time I came to Carmarthen, sometime in January I think, but the old indoor market was still intact, still being much used. Not any more it's not! They've built a brand spanking new market hall (much smaller) completely demolished the old one, and they're building something quite big.

RETURNING HOME ON SUNDAY
Got up at 8am, good breakfast, then off in the rain to make my way home via
the longer but quieter and more scenic NCN Route 4, via St David?s. Words
cannot describe the depth of peace and tranquility I felt cycling the lanes
of Pembrokeshire this weekend. We all agreed that traffic is a problem for
us cyclists ? we were encountering on average a car every hour, which is
just too much.
