Windsurfer with no previous intention of building his own home does the right thing/what his wife tells him to and... gets someone else to do it for him. It's a grade 2 listed barn and you can't sail it which makes it a bit pointless in his eyes. But hey, we love the countryside too and it is quieter than Peckham.
