Friday beers with @thefagcasanova

German beermarket is almost impossible to get into on a Friday, so
camped out in an annex and supping a few pints. My toes are FREEZING
though.

Captain scraggles

(viewed 1359 times)
Poor Captain Beaky. She was perfectly happy causing mayhem, making nests in the hedge, making dustbaths on the lawn, when all of a sudden all her feathers start falling out - she's moulting ahead of the winter. Because of the gales it's starting to look like someone's emptied a pillow over the garden!

Here goes then!

Wish me luck...

With any luck it'll fix all the hanging problems I've been having in Vista...

Eggy goings on

(viewed 2080 times)
Them chooks have been having a funny old time of it lately - the other day one of them did this MASSIVE egg. It's the size of a duck egg, easily... one of them *did* look a little stunned for the rest of the morning...

Anyway, they blooming love rice, and make lovely squeaky excited noises when I bring some out for them...

This morning I let them out to roam around for the day, thinking we were only ggtting 2 eggs today. Then I found this last one in a hedge, all cosied up :)
