Where's Christmas?

Visitors to Leeds might be forgiven for mistaking the lights above Briggate as being there to celebrate Christmas. However, closer inspection will reveal they serve solely as an awareness campaign for the City Council and its activities.
Lights on surrounding streets are as one would expect them to be. i.e. festive.
