The hubby's side-job...spreading the word that our friends Rogue States have released an EP!
After having to leave my own cats, I quite like to have feline visitors here. I'm pretty sure this one is an orphan -- she was practically skeletal when we moved in and had no trust in humans at all. Now she won't leave, but I don't mind...

I love this crusty old sign at my current place of employment. The construction is constant, and in just under a year the new hospital will open. I wonder what will become of the sign...it'd look great in my garden!
I don't have the thumb for it, but my Mum has given / planted a few things for us in the new place so I'll give it a go (the pink flowers may be weeds actually, but they look nice).

I haven't been too keen to be around retrievers since we lost Russ -- just too painful, but this little one stole my heart just a little bit. Her name is Meg and she belongs to one of our neighbours. She's nursing a broken leg at the moment so I gave her a toy to make her feel better.

...erm, I mean *got your own tongue?!*
I met a new feline neighbour the other day. He (or she) was strolling about with that tongue just dragging along on the pavement. I put some food out, just to make sure said tongue did actually belong to the cat!

I came home tonight to find that a move across the world was just too much for our boy Russ. We had seven beautiful years together and our English side of the family got to spend three wonderful months with him. He had so much fun meeting everyone here.
I just wish it could have been for a little bit longer.
We love you, Rusty. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
