**Motorola ic902 - Probably the best of the (poor) choices with Nextel for a camera phone.

Parked outside my office yesterday....

Was this lovely little beastie, so I just had to snap a few shots. Loved the color!

PS to those who know of my love/hate relationship with motor vehicles - no, wouldn't want to drive it, just like to look at it :-)

And one more dogblog...

The light Golden is Gracie, my parent's dog, and the red one is Macey,
who belongs to their neighbor. I took these at Pet Rock, a big pet
festival we went to on Sept 10. I'd have taken a lot more pics but I
was far too busy petting many many MANY dogs that were there :-)

More dogblogging!

Finally got around to editing this from last week. Bandit is not fond
of animatronic things which play music - he's been known to attack them.

Dogblogging! The beagle is JennyB, 10 years old and mostly blind, and Bandit is the retarded little dachshund who was not thrilled that I woke him up taking his picture ;-)

Dinner!

(viewed 899 times)
Inspired by Geo San, Hotdog San, and Kozika San, I made Yakisoba noodle with vegetable stir fry. I used canned bamboo, canned water chestnuts, fresh baby carrots and baby snap peas. The sauce was the soy sauce packet that came with the noodles, but instead of mixing with water I used the canned juice from the water chestnuts and bamboo, and added a little more low-sodium soy sauce, some chopped ginger, and a few shakes of dried orange peel. I did not end up using the lemon-pepper tofu I had - it just didn't look quite right when I got the package out. It was VERY tasty, I must say. Will definitely be using these noodles again!

Ruined

I found, much to my shock, real UK KitKats made by Nestle as God plainly
intended at the grocery store yesterday. I bought 2, and ate the first
while loading the packages into the trunk as my blood sugar was
subterranean. I have been ruined for American KitKats. I have the
second one awaiting as dessert for this evening.I find the wrapper here totally fascinating - I've never seen so many
alphabets and languages on one candy wrapper. And there are probably
more that I can't see hidden under the required FDA sticker. Truly an
international candy bar!

White

The weed-whacker died back in the spring and we haven't replaced it, so
the white sweet clover is having a field day along the fence, trees, and
walls.

The advantage to not weeding the yard ever - you get flowers!
