I set this up for a trip to China last year. It worked pretty well for that and I've been using it on and off since to post pictures from trips as well as what I call "good images."

Tongli

(viewed 317 times)
After Suzhou I spent a day in Tongli, a water city about 30 minutes outside
of the city. It was very quite - certainly the quietest place I've been so
far. Somehow it doesn't seem I took too many pictures with the phone - but
the Nikon was active so hopefully we will have some interesting photos when
I get home. The first two photos are actually of the temple in downtown Suzhou - the
Chinese gods for the year of my birth and Kati's birth. Then there's a typical canal side shot of Tongli and finally the whole
chicken soup I had that night - after most of the chicken and the broth
were gone.

Suzhou - last morning

(viewed 289 times)
My last morning in Suzhou I stopped at the temple on the way for coffee.
These are photos of the god for my birth year and Kati's birth year. The espresso was cold. I was bummed. At least the OJ was good.

Here are the photos from Tongli - This was a pretty quiet and wonderful
place. I would recommend this to anyone visiting China. I didn't use the
phone for too many photos. Sajnos.

I just realized that I can only send 2 attachments per mail with this
system. Here are the birds and the hotel.

Xitang

(viewed 291 times)
After Tongli I took 3 buses over to Xitang, another water city outside of
Shanghai. This city appeared in Mission Impossible 3 and there were photos
of every hotel and restaurant owner with Tom C. outside the door.I'm not sure if these birds were in Xitang or Tongli but I don't think it
matters, it could have been either place. The picture of the building from
across the canal is the hotel I stayed in - I was on the upper floor and I
left my towel hanging in the window this morning when I left.I took a "better" picture of the red dress at the end of the alley with the
Nikon, but I forgot at the time I had B&W; in the camera so I guess the sun
shining through the red dress won't make the impression on film it did on
me. By the time I came around again and realized my mistake the sun was
lower and the impact is not the same here.Having grown up in the mid-west, I'm not sure whether I'm happy or sad that
the US has exported one of the world's worst beers to China. Needless to
say I didn't sample the quality of the local supervision!
