Stopped Clock, Leeds

(viewed 2954 times)
From Richard Tempest:

"This first pair shows a clock above the premises of a Pharmacy on
Roundhay Road, Leeds 8, near the junction with Harehills Road. As a
child I lived round the corner from that clock and it must have played
a part in my learning to tell the time - I saw it every time I went to
the local parade of shops with my parents, who were both teachers. When
I went to secondary school I had to go past that clock on my way to and
from the bus stop, so it was of real significance to me."
