Hay!
On Wye! Visited a few days ago to indulge probably unhealthy fascination with reference books. Had lunch in the Globe - the best damn cafe I think I have ever visited. Video paintings projected on to the walls, art gallery upstairs, free table football downstairs, art workshops on weekends. Good grub.

I think our heating has had a nervous breakdown

The central heating has been dodgy lately. It has been very erratic but has since settled down to a problem with the radiator in the bathroom. Getting no heat in there so things seem to be a little damp at the moment.
