Aidan's ethical dilemma

I got home this evening to find Aidan ironing his duvet cover, and
wondering to himself whether it was the right thing to do. Because if
he's got enough time to do that, then he could surely be working
part-time in a bar or something to earn money to give to starving kids
in Africa. But by doing bar work, would he be doing someone else out
of a job?
And will he sleep better with ironed bedclothes?
