Had a lovely time with them. All strangers at first but they are all friendly. Chef teachers were all helpful as well. Cooked pheasant (including degutting etc), potato and leak soup (with smoked haddock) and ginger puddings. Quite a long one-day lesson, from 9.30am until 4pm!
