Knowledge pursues me but I am faster.......

If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, then baffle them with bullshit.......

.......One day, we will look back on this, laugh nervously, and change the subject…

Only in our dreams are we free. The rest of the time we need wages.

I met Steph at Shoot London many years ago. She made me laugh. She was a lovely lady and I will always remember her with a smile.

It was a great day.
Probably the pinacle of Moblog's community get
togethers (though Swamprose and Factotem's tour of England is a close contender)

Yeah, it was an epic day. Seriously remember it was one of the best days out I've had in London.

It was such fun. Dave and I teamed up with Joker and Anja and got a team award. We laughed so much it was painful.

Yeah that was a great day. I kept in touch with Essitam regularly and met up as often as we could manage ( but nowhere near as often as I'd have liked). BaggieBoy and I will be going my to her funeral next week to pay our respects. I cannot imagine the pain her family are feeling.

It is a different online social media world we live in since Moblog was at the forefront.
I have opted out in the main.
Moblog was a one off.
FB, Twitter etc is not for me.

FF, BB, my thoughts are with you as they are with Steph's family.

Love this MaggieD! When I lived overseas, Steph showed me and my sister (goonflower) how we could stay in touch through Moblog. It sounds silly, but it really was a lifeline for us. The service today was so emotional and inspirational I can't really explain, but I know this; the woman had a heart of gold and will be greatly missed xoxo

Thanks STB.
Moblog in those early days was a "lifeline" for a few mobloggers 'My Hermione' and NeutropenicAlex are just two that spring to mind. I spoke at Alex's funeral so I think I can understand the emotions and appreciate the inspiration.
I was fortunate to have met Steph and will remember her for her wonderful sense of humour and kindness.
