I am married to Spiderbaby and live in Banbury, Oxfordshire after eight years living in the USA and Sweden. I am working and training as a clinical scientist for the NHS in Oxford.
There are now over ten years of photographs on my blog! It all started with a photograph I took on the 1st of May 2004... It's been a wonderful journey, thank you all who have shared it with me, and made this blogging community one I keep coming back to!
Interesting things I read recently:
"Only one in five people born [in the UK] since 1975 believes in God".
Source: Prof David Voas, University of Essex
"For every dollar invested in the Human Genome project, $141 was returned to the US economy". Francis Collins, NIH
Source: New Scientist 27 July 2013.
I am Pavlovs_dog on PSN and would be happy to link up with Playstation-owning mobloggers : )
Too Much Information: The first album I ever bought was the Fraggle Rock soundtrack. Pretty cool, eh? I was only 16 : )
Ooooo... I like the first two photos. What're they of? Good to see you blogging again!
In many ways, I miss the shonky old camera on my t610. I think, on balance, I'm still happier with the spanky nice one on the W800 though... :)
niiiiiiiice. : )
that last one is very cool.
and, yes, it's good to see more pictures from you. : )
I'm still phoneless, although it's nice to be missed : )
Goddamnit Mat, you just can't buy a W800. I think I'll settle for a cheaper 750 and ebay myself a decent sized memorystick.
EDIT> RAB the top two are of a pattern on the desk of the box-office at the cinema.
oh the tales of the pond continue. fortunately i am sstill here to tell the tales.
There are tales of the pond? You weren't one of those nutters were you?
not at that time no..
but i have swum in the pond..
on numerous occassions when drunk and i really shouldn't have been operating heavy machinery like.. limbs and things.. in water.
They have to drain it at least once a year and I always have the urge to paint 'No Diving' on one of the big rocks in the middle. Sometimes we get ducks, but they tend to die.
Woo hoo, I'm back!!! The joy of a cheap internet provider I suppose - you get what you pay for. Or for the first 4 weeks you get nothing at all.
Anyways, I see you've only posted about 3 pictures since I was last here so I've not missed too much.
Nice pictures... see anytihng good at the cinema? I'm very keen to see Wallace & Gromitt and want to catch Serenity before it finishes... if it hasn't already.
Right, just off to check in with R.A.B.
