Just over two years ago, a friend invited me to a dingy Glasgow bar to see this band that his mate was in.
"Franz Ferdinand!" he said. "I think I've heard of him", I replied. I stayed
in that night and watched the telly.
Either way, tonight's gig was well worth the wait, even if the view would have been better in the dingy Glasgow bar!
