I'd have highlighted that for the title alone.

I'm puzzled though...far left of subject's glasses (ie. the part that stands proud of the face) looks like it's reflecting a website, magazine layout or similar (regular boxes of colour on white background with what could be text??). What *is* that? Have been squinting at it for far longer than is healthy....

Is a board explaining to tourists what is behind the scaffolding I think.
